Part 12 - Meetings
(cf. Article 6 of Constitution)
All regular business meetings of PCSAR shall be held at the PCSAR building located at 140 East Main North, Rapid City, South Dakota.
All regular meetings of PCSAR shall begin at 6:30 PM.
Special meetings may be called by any member of the Executive Board or upon the request of at least three (3) team members. The purpose of the special meeting must be stated in the request.
Only the business for which a special meeting has been called shall be transacted at the meeting.
Three (3) officers shall constitute a quorum at any Executive Board meeting.
Two (2) team members shall constitute a quorum at any committee meeting.
Committee meetings shall be subject to the call of the committee chairman or the Team Leader.
The Executive Board may meet at the call of the Team Leader or at the request of one of its members.
Committees shall not meet when a regular business meeting is in session.
The Executive Board shall not meet when a regular business meeting is in session.
