Article 9 - Standing Orders

  1. The Standing Orders define the Standard Operating Procedures of PCSAR.

  2. Standing orders inconsistent with this constitution shall be amended or repealed to become consistent with this constitution at a legally called and conducted meeting of PCSAR by a majority vote of the team members present and voting.

  3. Standing orders consistent with this constitution, embodying additional provisions for the governing of this organization, may be adopted, amended or repealed at any legally called and conducted meeting of PCSAR by a majority vote of the team members present and voting.

  4. PROPOSED ON 06/02/2026 - "Standing Orders shall be sequentially numbered. A Standing Order number that has been duly rescinded shall be deemed released and available for reuse. When a new Standing Order is adopted, it shall be assigned the lowest available number among all released and unused numbers."

  5. PROPOSED ON 06/02/2026 - "All Standing Orders shall be reviewed annually by the Executive Board."
