Article 5 - Officers and Boards
The officers of PCSAR shall consist of one Team Leader, one Assistant Team Leader of Operations, one Assistant Team Leader of Administration, one Maintenance Officer, one Training Officer, one Secretary, and one Treasurer, and these officers shall constitute the Executive Board.
PCSAR shall have an Executive Board. The members of this board shall be the officers and a representative from the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office and they shall have the authority to govern the members of PCSAR.
The election of officers shall be held annually at the first regular business meeting in December. The term of office shall be from the beginning of the first meeting in January to the beginning of the first meeting in January two years later.
Any Officer of the Executive Board shall have the power to appoint a committee to oversee any special project. Any committee may be given the authority to spend funds within the guidelines stated in the formation of the committee.
A vacancy of any Executive Board position shall be filled by appointment by the Executive Board at or before the second regularly scheduled business meeting after the position becomes vacant.
