Article 7 - Constitution
The Constitution sets forth the mission and authority of PCSAR.
This constitution may be amended at any legally called and conducted meeting of PCSAR by a two‑thirds vote of the team members present and voting, provided that the proposed amendment has been presented in writing at the previous regularly scheduled business meeting.
