Part 9 - Duties of Treasurer

(cf. Article 5 of Constitution)

  1. The Treasurer shall receive all monies due and payable to PCSAR, shall give a receipt, and deposit all such monies in the name of PCSAR in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories, as the Executive Board shall select.

  2. The Treasurer shall act as the Treasurer of all committees.

  3. The Treasurer shall submit his/her financial records to the Executive Board to be audited annually.

  4. The Treasurer shall pay all approved bills of PCSAR.

  5. The Treasurer shall submit, in a timely manner, all forms to the IRS required of a non‑profit organization such as PCSAR.

  6. The Treasurer shall keep an accounting of the financial records of PCSAR and shall make a complete report to the membership at each regular business meeting.
