Article 2 - Purpose
The purpose of PCSAR is to protect lives and property by providing services including, but not limited to, search and rescue. PCSAR is available to assist fire departments, ambulance services, law enforcement agencies, and other governmental public service organizations within the jurisdiction of the Pennington County, and elsewhere, when requested through the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office.
PCSAR is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
