Article 8 - Bylaws
The bylaws of PCSAR shall provide for the management of PCSAR.
PCSAR may adopt such bylaws as may from time to time be necessary. No bylaw may conflict with this constitution or state or local law. If such conflict occurs, the bylaw shall be rendered null and void.
Bylaws may be adopted, repealed, or amended at any legally called and conducted meeting of PCSAR by a majority vote of the team members present and voting, provided the proposed amendment has been presented in writing at the previous regular business meeting.
